Refox ERP brings e-commerce, retail, and invoice sales data together. Information flows automatically between channels, streamlining orders, reducing errors, and simplifying the management of large order and product volumes. With Refox, customers have tripled their revenue in just one year.
ERP may sound like a mysterious IT contraption, but it is actually simpler than you might think.
In practice, it is the backbone of your entire sales operation.
"ERP stands for Enterprise Resource Planning — a system that connects all of your company's sales
channels, including retail stores, e-commerce, invoice sales, and phone sales. In an ERP system,
you conduct sales and manage all sales data," explains Refox CEO
Petter Lillhonga.
E-commerce and other essential sales tools are typically integrated into an ERP as separate
applications. Unlike many traditional ERP systems, Refox includes a built-in e-commerce platform,
point-of-sale, warehouse management, and all other sales tools right out of the box.
When everything operates under one system, technology no longer dictates what the customer can do.
A business can modify, expand, and develop its sales without acquiring new software.
"The idea is that Refox works so seamlessly in the background that the user barely notices it,"
Petter describes.
As sales grow, so does the volume of data. Data is difficult to leverage when it is hard to read
and scattered across multiple systems. Employees end up transferring data manually and verifying
its accuracy between systems. Growing data volumes slow down systems that were originally designed
for smaller businesses.
"When order volumes reach 200–300 orders per day and the product catalogue grows to
60,000–70,000 items, you simply cannot work manually across multiple systems,"
Petter states.
In Refox, sales data flows automatically between the ERP, e-commerce, CRM, sales, product
management, and point-of-sale modules. The automated order process reduces manual work,
minimising human errors and improving order accuracy. Faster and error-free order processes
lead to higher customer satisfaction and increased repeat orders.
"The efficiency of salespeople, order processors, product managers, and warehouse supervisors
improves when all essential information — product names, images, prices, stock levels, and
customer terms — is available in a single view," he lists.
One concrete sales bottleneck is the lack of flexible pricing solutions within an ERP.
Refox's pricing system enables the management of various discount and pricing models for
different customer groups in both B2B and B2C sales. With Refox, customers can optimise their
pricing and offer tailored prices to different customer segments.
Growth has been remarkable once Refox unified the sales channels and streamlined operations.
One of Refox's customers is a Finnish health footwear company whose revenue was approximately
one million euros. The company's goal was to enter new markets and expand internationally,
but fragmented sales tools were significantly slowing down and complicating their sales process.
"In 2025, the customer's revenue grew by over 300% after adopting Refox — reaching nearly
four million euros," Petter says with a smile.
Refox enabled this rapid growth by consolidating the customer's warehouse, payment processing,
and delivery partner systems under one platform. The growth was also supported by more effective
marketing efforts and investments in internationalisation.
"By defining the customer's challenges and growth objectives, we ensure there are no limits to
selling, purchasing, or product management. When customers can execute their growth plans,
the results have been truly incredible," Lillhonga concludes.
When the goal is sales growth across multiple channels and international expansion, the ERP
must not hold you back — it needs to support your growth. The concept behind Refox is
remarkably simple: one system that enables and sustains sales scalability.
