Fishing industry company Eumer tried numerous e-commerce platforms and ERP systems over the years. The company's employees found the previous systems cumbersome and frustrating. After switching to Refox, commerce has run smoothly, and Refox has resolved any challenges that have arisen with agility.
Eumer Finland Oy manufactures and sells fishing tackle to major retailers and consumers. Eumer offers experiences through fishing courses, team-building days, and events. The company has a factory outlet in Merikarvia, and its e-commerce store serves both wholesalers and consumers. The Ojamo brothers founded the company in 2007. For Olli Ojamo, dubbed Finland's happiest entrepreneur, it is important that employees enjoy their workplace. "The software's inability to function properly was genuinely distressing for our employees. Furthermore, when a private equity firm acquired the software company, customer service became faceless. The company considered hiring a consultant for the new system procurement, as software
companies did not seem to understand entrepreneurs' needs. Then the entrepreneurs met

Ojamo explains.

system, they manage the warehouse, factory outlet, and point-of-sale terminals, among other
things. Invoicing also works through Refox.
Eumer has separate e-commerce stores for consumers and wholesalers.
"Managing product data is convenient through Refox. The same products are sold across multiple
channels, and all updates can be made in one place," Ojamo explains.
He also values the system's clarity.

I can instantly see the best-selling products on a daily or weekly basis. Business is good and

Ojamo admits he is a demanding customer.

anyone," he laughs.
